Job Required

• Any Graduated
• Minimum 2 years experiences managing a transport department
• Prefer experience in Telecom sectors
• Understanding of policies and procedures governing the management of motorized assets and the contracting of transportation services
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong negotiating skills and time management skills
• Strong knowledge in car’ device access Savvy

Job Description

• Coordinate with all TMH department managers to determine transport requirements and schedule transport to meet them.
• Coordinate the movement of vehicles and other transportation assets;
• Ensure the appropriate use, maintenance and repair of all light vehicles and trucks
• Keep documents current such as registration, insurance, vehicle logs, daily inspection reports, etc.
• Ensure sufficient supply of fuel and oil.
• Produce monthly fuel and vehicle use reports, “work orders,” etc.
